TEU was established in 1978 to offer services for all types of marine freight containers such as inspection, cleaning, repair and refurbishment as well as storage. Thecompany quickly expanded to offer repair and maintenance services for reefer containers and subsequently diversified its activities to include steel structures and marine container conversions for storage use as well as office and accommodation space.

In the years that followed, TEU developed prefabricated mobile accommodation units such as houses, offices, shops, classrooms, show rooms, restaurants and kiosks. Through constant development and evolvement, TEU soon became market leader in the construction of prefabricated buildings offering high-quality solutions. Further expansion of its services included the sale of insulated panels and the leasing of portable chemical toilets for construction-site use but also for other temporary needs such as festivals, seaside areas, military exercises, concerts.

TEU is based in the industrial area of Ypsonas in Limassol and its facilities include a covered factory area of 3.600 ㎡ and outdoor storage area of 28.000 ㎡.

TEU is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caramondani Bros Public Co Ltd since 1988.
